John did not complete the work he said he was going to do. He cited overrun costs as the reason he did not fix driveway as he said he would and finish french drain with river rock as he said he would do. He had to add a sump pump to the french drain. Landscaping was very well done. John's heavy equipment severely damaged our driveway and he has failed to return all my calls regarding the damage. Photos are available. He was fully paid for the work he completed. We believe he did not live up to his word. We agreed to "forget" the river rock but asked for our driveway to be repaired. We have not heard from John despite frequent calls to his office. Legal action has not been ruled out on our part.

It went excellent. they are very professional and neat. my curbs are perfect everything is in the right place its nice and smooth they cleaned up after themselves very well. And if you do not like something they will come out and fix it until you like it. I am really happy.

Per usual getting the work started is always a problem with this company, but since the work is always excellent I've continued to use them.  They arrived on the 16th and completed the initial demolition of the existing driveway.  Crew very conscious of cleaning up as they went along.  The next day was a bust due to rain.  On the 18th the driveway was completely installed and they were in the process of doing some finishing touches when I arrived home at 2PM.  Once again the crew very meticulous about cleaning up behind themselves.  Would readily recommend them to anyone looking to do a driveway replacement.

I called Seasonal Concepts originally because I saw an attractive lawn in my neighborhood and inquired as to who did the lawn care.  The owner is very nice, spends a lot of time on a quote.  The person who answers the phones is equally nice and easy to talk to. But communication breaks down with this company over and over and over again.  Example: I asked that no chemicals be put on my lawn from the time I initially called, until the present.  Chemicals have been applied to my lawn six times.  I call, I talk to the mowing crew, I even put up a sign. They don't remember.  Sometimes they blow the decks, sometimes they don't.   Sometimes they edge well, sometimes they miss places.  Sometimes there are chunks of lawn not mowed.   You get the picture.
 I got a quote for tree trimming, agree to it, and no one ever came to do the work.  Got a quote for aerating the  lawn.  Agreed to it over six weeks ago.  Called last week to inquire on the status, and was told I would get a call back.  Still waiting on the callback.  
So the bottom line is that that they are all really nice people.  But they forget,  They don't follow through.  The work is hit and miss when they do come.  I have had enough and am looking elswhere.

Thanks to having a team, all the work was completed in one day (actually less than one day). My only downside was the wait. The company is busy and it was three weeks between requesting the work and the work being completed.

I asked Seasonal Concepts for landscaping ideas for my patio. They drove 10 miles to my house to take a look. Not only did they give me great ideas, they didn't charge for the consult.

They are knowledgeable, top draw, top price. They have the highest rating in town and I think they are the best in town. The people were terrific. They brought in a 3rd part on short notice. The quality was fine and they did it on short notice to satisfy my time constraint. I paid a lot of money so I got attention.

It was a wonderful experience. Workers were very professional and told me what they were going to that day. I would recommend them to do any type of work.

They were fantastic and very thorough. They showed up when they said they would. If they were running late they phoned ahead of time to let me know they would be running late. This company got the work done in the time they said and were very professional. My yard is in a funny shape so they had to do some tweaking with it but they were very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

We visited the nursery to purchase a tree to replace one that had died in our front yard. The guy, Jason, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked around with us, asking questions and discussing with us the differences in the trees they had. He helped us pick out a tree that were perfect for our space and the level of care it needed that we could provide. After we decided on a tree, he discussed with us, from start to finish, how to correctly plant our new tree so that it too would not die. He gave us all the materials we needed to plant it, compost and pine straw. He also offered to deliver our tree and plant it for us. We opted to plant the tree ourselves. However, when he delivered our tree the next day, he checked our dead tree and the soil to determine why exactly it had died. He called my husband on the phone since no one was at home at the time. He told us exactly why our tree had died and what to do to fix it so the new one would live and thrive. My husband and I are in the process of landscaping our front and back yard and will definitely be visiting Seasonal Concepts again for all our needs in doing so. We were both very impressed with their selection and knowledgeable and helpful staff.

They are absolutely phenomenal. They are professional and their work always looks top notch. I am incredibly picky and I never have to go behind them and clean up or anything. I would highly recommend them as well.
