Landscaping
Two french drains installed. One exited in the middle of the yard underneath newly laid grass!?! Called to say that wouldn't work. A few days later there was a rain storm and washed much of the newly laid grass away. The other french drain goes up hill at the end so doesn't drain correctly. They fixed drain emptying in middle of the yard. Most of the newly laid grass died and they wouldn't return phone calls.

I e-mailed on the websitescompany toinquire about an estimate for some yard and landscapingwork I needed done. With no replies to my e-mail. So I called the number listed on the website left a message on the voicemail as there was no answer. I received a call back next day where i set up for an appointment for someone to come out for a free estimate and lookat the work I needed done. The appointment was set for 10.30am on Monday 07/23/2012, 9.58am I got a call where the person canceled for that appointment (no problem) so we rescheduled for the following day Tuesday 07/24/2012 between 4pm and 4.30pm this time no one showed upor called to cancel, i called at about 5.50 to find out why no one showed and got a voicemail left a message and no reply to date. Defenatly a waste of my time and no professional at all. the time I wasted with this company I could have spent on getting the job done with someelse.

I looked back at our schedule and call records and did find where you called and at that time one of my employees contacted you to set up an appointment that was actually terminated for work performance ( i.e. this same situation) on the day you were rescheduled. We thought that we had contacted everyone on his list that were do for estimates, etc. apparently we were wrong and overlooked your inquiry. I hope that you understand and accept are apology and understand what are company was going through at that time. I would like to offer you a 1 free lawn cut on us no obligation or anything of the nature. Just to show you how much we apologize for the inconvenience we caused you! I hope you accept. Thanks for your help in letting us know where we need to be stronger at. Thanks again!"
