"We booked construction for a realistic time frame, they asked to move it up and we agreed but they ended up overbooking and we moved back to the originally scheduled date.  To their defense we had 4 days of rain which messed up their schedule - that was the only "glitch'.
The crew of 5 arrived at 9:30am and by 8pm we had a 240 square foot shed with 3 windows, french doors, a single-entry door and a loft.  I've never seen more attention to detail or measuring - especially for a shed.  These guys acted like they were building a house.  They also added a ridge vent and put architectural shingles on the roof to match my house.
They were low-maintenance, extremely polite and cleaned the entire site before they left.
Oh and that decorative window - the level of detail one of the crew put into installing that (Wes?) was like a cosmetic surgeon.
These guys run a business that I want to support, they're local, they're smart and they are REALLY good at what they do.
By the way, our "drawing" of how we wanted the shed to look was awful and these guys took our vision and made it better than we imagined.  They didn't have a photo to go on, just words and ideas that they brought it to life.

Fencing questions, answered by experts

If you notice leaning or sagging fence panels, rotting wood near the ground, rusted or missing hardware, or visible termite tunnels, it’s a sign you need fencing work in Eastman. However, if the issue is caused by water pooling, shifting soil, or utility line interference, consult a landscaping or structural specialist first to address those underlying problems before repairing your fence.

Helpful?

For fencing projects in Eastman, keep a sturdy post-hole digger for dense clay soil, a level for precise installation, and a pressure washer to remove red clay stains and mildew. Stock up on fast-setting concrete, galvanized screws, and mildew-resistant wood stain. Pruning shears and a leaf blower help control rapid plant growth, while termite-resistant treatments are essential for the humid, pest-prone climate.

Helpful?

Professionals in Eastman prioritize urgent safety concerns, such as unstable or broken fence sections, and schedule major fencing work during dry weather for best results. They always confirm property boundaries, check for underground utilities, and ensure all necessary permits are in place. During storm season, wind-damaged areas are addressed first, and all work is completed to meet local height and pool safety requirements.

Helpful?

When planning fencing projects in Eastman, consider the timing of hurricane season, high humidity, and how quickly vegetation grows. Neighborhood guidelines or rural property rules may affect fence style and placement. Wildlife such as deer or wild hogs can impact fence durability, while heavy spring rains and fluctuating material availability may influence your project’s schedule and long-term maintenance needs.

Helpful?

Fencing projects in Eastman can be complicated by clay-heavy soil, which makes digging post holes challenging, and by sloped yards that require stepped fencing. Underground utilities or septic tanks can restrict fence placement, while older homes near downtown may face historic property restrictions. Always check for required setbacks and ensure pool areas meet local fencing safety codes before starting your project.
