Called Appliance Service Pro, Inc., about 5:00 pm in the afternoon.  Receptionist Robin was polite, professional, and efficient.  Surprisingly, she said technician would be there before 8:00 that evening.  Wow!

Technician Alex drove up about 6:00 p.m.   Alex was neat, professional, and very personable.  He began to systematically go over the refrigerator.  He removed the back panel in the freezer compartment to examine the cooling coils, and then took the lower back panel off to evaluate the compressor.  Diagnosis was that the compressor was going south and he recommended that the refrigerator be replaced rather than repaired.

Cost:  $7.95 plus tax!  Wow!  I'm sold on Appliance Service Pro, Inc.. "
