"Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."

He told me when the job would be done. telephoned me when he was on his way, arrived, explained what he would be doing covered everything with plastic to(deck,shurbs) to prevent the dust from clinging and after the job was complete ALL trash was removed and taken away. For a contractor you could not ask for a better job that usually leave the homeworker working harder doing the cleanup."

He put a couple of holes in the sheet rock took out the old copper piping put in new fixed up the sheet rock and gave me an excuse to paint the inside of the guest closet orange. I would suggest you give him a try. You can't not go wrong. These days with plumbers what they try to charge is ridiculous I've believe you will find this to Tolbert to be reasonable."
