"I explained what I wanted tested. They tested what â was included in the priceâ when they arrived, which was not all I wanted and was never told what I wanted would not all be included in the price. So, value of service went down immediately. They seem to have a vested interest in a company that sells a mold killer you spray yourself. They offered a number of times to transfer me after explaining my results. Each time I said to give me their number and that Iâ d call them if interested. They finally gave me the number. Next thing I know, that other company is calling me, because they were told by The Mold Company to call me. Not cool."

"The field tech that did the testing in my home was very knowledgeable and very helpful in offering advice to specific areas in the home that looked suspicious for testing. After lab testing results were ready, I was contacted and I was given an overview of findings and a report was emailed to me. However, I requested a written report by mail and have not received it yet. I strongly encouraged to purchase chemicals and equipment from a recommended lab that they did business with and perform the treatment myself. Then someone from the recommended lab called and continued to insist that I buy the recommended chemicals I needed and perform the treatment myself. After strongly stating that I did not feel capable of performing the treatment, I ended the call. I then contacted the field tech that did the testing in my home and he recommended a local company that did professional mold removal treatments. So still waiting on written report so the company can see what type of mold that needs treating. Not pleased with Mold Test Company Representative that tried to convince me to buy chemicals and do treatment myself!!! If I do not receive written report in a timely timeframe, I will report back to you and the BBB."
