The field tech that did the testing in my home was very knowledgeable and very helpful in offering advice to specific areas in the home that looked suspicious for testing. After lab testing results were ready, I was contacted and I was given an overview of findings and a report was emailed to me. However, I requested a written report by mail and have not received it yet. I strongly encouraged to purchase chemicals and equipment from a recommended lab that they did business with and perform the treatment myself. Then someone from the recommended lab called and continued to insist that I buy the recommended chemicals I needed and perform the treatment myself. After strongly stating that I did not feel capable of performing the treatment, I ended the call. I then contacted the field tech that did the testing in my home and he recommended a local company that did professional mold removal treatments. So still waiting on written report so the company can see what type of mold that needs treating. Not pleased with Mold Test Company Representative that tried to convince me to buy chemicals and do treatment myself!!! If I do not receive written report in a timely timeframe, I will report back to you and the BBB.

His name is Allan he does nothing but lie. Tells you he's coming never show up. He came to do the test I guess he was getting cash money so when he need to come back and clean the mold he never showed up. Do not use this company.

I had an issue with possible mold in property that I had under contract to be sold ... buyer was very concerned. I called and Jeff knew I was in a timeframe situation and jumped through hoops to get someone the next day to perform air quality test... Chip Gary came the next day and performed it and sent off for results.. they were all very professional and helpful.. would definitely recommmend.

I had never experienced a mold problem before so I wasnt sure what to expect or who to contact. When I googled this company. I called and spoke with Angie as I explained my mold problems and concerns,she sent someone out the next day. Richard was excellent. He was very personable and knowledgeable about mold and made us feel at ease. I was very confident and satisfied with the testing and information. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he was there to do and am looking forward to the testing results. The best $299.00 spent.

Richard was very knowledgable and gave me some pointers about clearing CO2 levels out of house by just opening the windows. I've heard let your house breathe but with allergies & asthma I never open my windows. I do now.

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do.
