He then notified me that he was done. Before I handed over a check for a very pricey charge, I tested the surrounding switches, and many of them were out. So I asked him to address those issues. He then started to mess with additional outlets to rectify the situation, and ultimately it seemed the surrounding switches were back on. A few days after he left, my wife brought into my attention that there are 4 more outlets in our kitchen that all of the sudden were out . So I called them back. They send the same guy back to my house and right of the bat, he wanted to charge me additional $360 just for diagnosis even though it was clear to me that the outage happened right after his initial repair work. So I would warn everyone to watch out, this company is a cash cow company, their priority is to charge and scam customers, especially customers who are not knowledgeable on electrical work."
