Spencer is truly the master of all trades, even though he would be very humble about it. He understands the little details make such a difference and that is where his work shines. Spencer is timely, honest, trustworthy, and respectful of your time, money, and home. I would hire him again and again and ask his recommendation for tasks/projects and he would always come through. Spencer always went above and beyond. He is the truly the best. As a mother of a young child with a dog at home, I knew spencer would never even leave a nail on the ground-inside or out. I never knew how much skill it took to paint until he completely transformed our home while also making paint color recommendations! It is a shame I can not write a review for everything he has done in and around my homes. Yes-between two different homes. I still swear his work was part of the reason we made a larger profit than anticipated off the sale of our first home. Thanks again Spencer!

I’m so glad I found Spencer’s company. I was a little worried going into this because you just never know how things will turn out when working with someone for the first time. I wanted to finish my basement and was extremely happy to hear that Spencer could do most of the work and for the things he couldn’t, like the electrical, he knew people to suggest. I plan on hiring spencer again in the near future to build a small deck and do some landscape irrigation. I’m also thinking about having him build an epoxy table for my kitchen. He is a man of many trades. You should most definitely consider him for your next project.

Northeast Renovations completely remodeled my bathroom in a timely manner adding significant value to the resale of my home! Spencer also re painted my laundry room, hung new shelving, and did some front yard landscaping. My first and only choice for anything needing done in my home, they are reliable, listen, and communicate effectively!
