They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. "Phillip was very meticulous. He won t leave till the job was perfect! He fixed the lock on Mom s sliding glass door, installed an overhead light in the stairwell, installed a bedit for Moms toilet, built A handrail on the tricky stairs for mom to hold on to all the way down which we didn t have before! Phillip is also coming back to do a low-voltage lighting project on our path to the driveway. We couldn t be happier with the workmanship and professionalism phillip displayed. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
