They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. It was nice to have people go the extra mile since it is so hard to find hard workers these days. I highly recommend Handymack for all your home improvement needs. "He did a great job overall and we are pleased. My ONLY problem at all was that part of the job was some sheetrock repair and it really never got finished. I had to spend considerable time sanding and cutting away the excess sheetrock just to make the repairs ready to paint. Other than that, he installed two new exterior doors, installed a new sink and faucet, installed new doors for our laundry room, repaired two different areas of damaged hardwood laminate, and installed a new exhaust fan ..... and all of that was done very well."
