"They called before they left their shop and then 20 minutes ahead of arrival to let me know they were coming.  The  alarm system that came with my new house had been performing erratically and First Detect Security had worked with me in the past to try to keep it operating, but the 2GIG equipment finally failed entirely.  The very courteous service person replaced the entire system quickly and without charge.  First Detect Security's concern for their customers and their service are exemplary!"

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. I had a coupon that covered 1st 20 sq ft, but had to pay additional $650 for about 15 sq ft more. This was higher than other quotes, but I was already committed. Doors look great and so far no issues. Overall a good job, but pricey."
