"We have used a good amount of companies before, and continued to get the same result; no communication, always above budget, and never within the time frame discussed. Trevor and his team were the exact opposite of this. We never had any issues with communication, price, or time. We also have three small children and our project was fairly large. Trevor and his team took great care to make sure our children were comfortable, and most importantly, safe. 10 out of 10 will absolutely hire again."

"My entire experience with Wall-It was great. I needed someone to tape and mud drywall. Pablo provided a very reasonable quote that day, and was able to fit me into the schedule quickly. The project was finished in just a few days and I couldn't be happier with the results. Even my amateur drywall hanging didn't slow them down from making it look fantastic. I absolutely would recommend this company to anyone who needs drywall work done."

Small jobs welcome

"This project was challenging because of the height (20 ft up), maneuvering around a large chandilier and stairs in a narrow foyer. Mr. McClain did an outstanding job and the crown molding looks, "drop dead gorgeous"! The other contractors stated that they "didn't know how they were going to get up there and do the job", but Mr. McClain knew exactly what and how to get the job done! He's very personable and professional and I would highly recommend his work above any that I have seen! I will definitely use him again in the future! Expert craftman's shipment!"

"Alexx has done dozens of jobs for me over the years. He is always my number one call for any job I need done. He is always reliable and I know the job will get done right even if he has to go back and do it himself! 10/10 would recommend"

Cabinet Contractors questions, answered by experts

There’s no strict rule about which way cabinet doors should open, but generally, double cabinet doors should open away from each other. With single doors, you want to avoid having them block your path or swing into  areas where people need to stand. Some kitchens are angled so that cabinet doors may crash into something no matter which way they swing, but the methods above can help prevent damage.

Contractors commonly install floors before cabinets during a kitchen remodel. It’s the standard option when installing hardwood, vinyl, and tile flooring. Installing flooring first helps prevent height misalignment, ensures a seamless appearance, and saves extra flooring work and costs if you plan to replace or remove any cabinets later.

The cost of installing kitchen cabinets is $5,950 for the average project. While most homeowners spend between $2,010 and $10,465 on new kitchen cabinets, you could spend up to $28,000 or more on spacious custom cabinets.

The materials and the size of your cabinets make up a significant portion of your final cost. For example, wood veneer cabinets are typically the most budget-friendly option, ranging from $2,000 to $15,000 on average. On the other hand, stainless steel cabinets are a luxury item and generally cost between $25,000 and $38,000

Walls in good condition with an even surface should be fine for frameless cabinet installation. Older, uneven, or warped walls could create problems. Your studs and their spacing are especially important, since frameless cabinets rely so much on wall attachments. Call in a professional installer for a consultation if you aren’t sure.

In a kitchen installation, starting with the foundation and structural elements before moving on to the finishing touches is essential. Framing, plumbing, and utilities should go first, followed by cabinetry and countertops, then plumbing fixtures and new appliances. Flooring, paint, tile backsplashes, and similar finishing touches should get installed last.
