"Hershberger Gates did a great job adding a Ghost Control system to my driveway gates. I had an old system that failed and had lived with manually opening and closing the gates. I was hesitant to give the job to Hershberger because I was a bit out of his physical jurisdiction, but Spencer persuaded me that he was the right guy for the job and said he’d have no problem servicing me if I had an issue (although he said the Ghost System is very reliable). Spencer said he’d be at my place at 6:30 am…I thought he was joking…he wasn’t…and he was right on time. The system operates great… very substantial….the remotes are fantastic and the Ghost app on my iphone is even better. He thought he’d be here for 6-7 hours and he was done in approximately 4. Great honest guys! I’m a very happy customer in Asheville, NC."

"I had a tree fall on my wood fence due to recent high winds.  I called the company who originally installed my fence to do the repair.  They could not accommodate me in a timely manner.  I have dogs and was afraid they would get out through the break.  I called Keystone and talked with Tracey and scheduled an estimate.  Cody came the next day and I had an estimate in my inbox that evening.  I scheduled the repair and Kent did an excellent job.  I called back when a older panel separated from a newly installed post and Kent promptly came out and fixed it.  This is a family owned business and does excellent job.  They are definitely customer centered and work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied.  I've already recommended them to a friend and will definitely call them if I need any additional work with my fence.  Extremely satisfied with this company.

"Luke came and did a scope of our property, measurements, and gave us different options for a fence. We weren't ready at that very moment so he sent updated quotes weekly to keep us posted on the fluctuations in price. Finally we were ready and Luke fit us right in and moved us up when there was a cancellation. Unfortunately we were not aware that our house was built on a very hard mineral stone making the job a whole lot harder than the norm. But Luke did not give up! He kept us posted on his progress and any delays we would come up against. The finished product, as challenging as it was to complete, was BEAUTIFUL!! He answered all my questions and respected my timeline and need to gather other quotes.  I was especially grateful for Rob's detailed explanation for his approach to our roofing needs.
In the end we did not go with Deans, but only because we opted for a different approach to redo the flat part of the roof.  The Deans price estimate was on the lower end of 4 that we received, and was definitely reasonable.
