About us
Specializing in automated gates since 2008. The President and CEO of North Georgia Entry Solutions, Inc., Tracy Reese, was born and raised in Lawrenceville Georgia where he still lives today. He has been married since 1988 and has three grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. Tracy has been in the fencing industry for over 30 years. He became employed installing fences when he returned home from the Air Force in 1986. He remained as an installer for over 10 years and moved into residential sales. Tracy was in residential sales for several more years until he became a Commercial Estimator where he remained until 2008. In 2008 he founded Keystone Fence Company, Inc. and grew it into a successful company. In 2016, he started changing directions, focusing more on automatic entry systems and custom-built driveway gates. As a result, North Georgia Entry Solutions, Inc. was established in 2018, and is a family owned and operated company providing quality work and customer service that is second to none.

We had a very good experience with this company. Tracy Reese, the owner, is very friendly, helpful, competent, and professional -- and very focused on customer service. We will contact him again for any future work we need.

Several delays before starting work required multiple rescheduling calls. Crew that did the work was inexperienced and used shortcuts resulting in a partial redo of the framing of the wood fence. This left exposed cuts, marks and extra nails on the wood. The spacing of the pickets is obviously uneven throughout. The promised remedies by the owner of the company were never completed. The people were kind, but I would not recommend them. From a distance the fence looks OK, and it is keeping the dogs in. Thus, it meets minimum standard.

Great Experience! We had damage from Hurricane Irma and called 3 fence companies for quotes. We chose Keystone for their excellent quote, the background of the company (in business for 32 years) and personal approach of the owner who came out to give us the quote. The work was done well, the fence looks great, the installers were very professional...And we couldn't be happier!

Love our new fence - guys worked long hours, did a great job, cleaned up after words. We bought an aluminum fence, priced several companies, Keystone had best price, came out within a week, had the fence up as expected. They were careful not to hit our underground sprinkling system, when digging, our yard is small, so it's easy to hit something. I spoke to the owner when they were done, he wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. I would definately recommend Keystone fence co.

Keystone fence company did a fantastic job on putting up new fences in my yard. Great quality and excellent customer service. They showed up on time and finish the job the same day just as they said. Price was great as well. I would use them again

Everyone I dealt with at Keystone was very professional. Kasey, the owner's daughter came out for the initial visit and sent me the proposal. I changed the specs 2 or 3 times but her communication was great. When I gave them the ok, the installation was set up quickly. I was amazed at how fast 2 guys could mark off, dig holes and install over 400' ft of fence. It looked great. There were two minor issues that I contacted them about. Tracy, the owner, called me immediately and they were taken care of the next day. 100% satisfied

Keystone was great. Tracy, the owner, works hard to make sure everything is right. He told me what the could do for me. As an aside, I had called another company before I called Keystone. They came out four days after Keystone had come out to take measurement and tell me what they couldn't do that I wanted done. Two week later and after Keystone had finished my project the other company sent me their estimate. I told them sorry it was already finished. I am so happy I called Keystone based on Angie's list.

I called and scheduled an estimate a few weeks before we moved in to our new house to make sure it would be done on time for us to move with our dog so she could roam safely in the back yard. Kasey was very responsive to emails and helped with the quote and even came out to our house to do the initial survey herself. The quote was fine, so I signed the contract and we agreed on a date for the crew to begin. Unfortunately this is where things go south. We move in and the day comes (Saturday) and the crew never shows up. We received no prior notice of the delay or anything. Kasey was out on vacation and the crew supervisor made excuses and then finally after some back and forth he came out and put out flags in our yard, saying that the crew would begin on Monday. However, Monday came and went and no crew showed up, no work was done, still with no notice or communication or anything. We were pretty disappointed and frustrated at this point. We had to call them to get an explanation, which was pretty unsatisfactory. Finally, the crew came out on Tuesday and completed the job - 3 days late. I guess that isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things, but it was certainly frustrating for us and our dog after we had scheduled this far in advance. The quality of the actual work is great and the fences look perfect, but the communication of the whole team certainly left something to be desired. For our trouble they gave us a complementary gate, which was nice. If the communication had been better I would give them a B and if things had been done on time it would be an A.

At first I thought they would be too expensive – After contacting several companies I started to get the impression that my (Fence Job) was too small - These guys at Keystone Fence Company Inc. Were great! They treated me like they were fine with having me as a Customer. They came out and took measurements, and then they schedule the appt. Everything went smoothly really no complaints. The guys that installed/repaired my fence were very professional as well. They cleaned up after them selves - I will definitely recommend them to my co-workers and friends.

From initial visit/quote, to final install, every step was amazingly easy, fast and professional work. Looked better than I dreamed--gates were custom made to my specifications--for functionality and aesthetics. All work completed in 1 day, with exception of drive thru gate which was custom made and installed the day after. Beautiful work and super friendly crew. I'm very happy, and have recommended Keystone to others who want fencing installed. I wish I'd done the project much sooner.

I had a tree fall on my wood fence due to recent high winds. I called the company who originally installed my fence to do the repair. They could not accommodate me in a timely manner. I have dogs and was afraid they would get out through the break. I called Keystone and talked with Tracey and scheduled an estimate. Cody came the next day and I had an estimate in my inbox that evening. I scheduled the repair and Kent did an excellent job. I called back when a older panel separated from a newly installed post and Kent promptly came out and fixed it. This is a family owned business and does excellent job. They are definitely customer centered and work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied. I've already recommended them to a friend and will definitely call them if I need any additional work with my fence. Extremely satisfied with this company.

From the first contact with Kasey Reese the entire process was a pleasure and first class. Their estimate was done the next day after I called and work completed within a week, Their price of $1100 was the same as another Angies List company but they would not be able to complete the job for 4 to 6 weeks. A third Angies List company gave me an estimate of $2400 and they got upset when I told them their price was way out of line. Kasey and her crew did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Kasey is friendly and enthusiastic and they want to earn your business unlike some other contractors who act like you are bothering them when you call for an estimate. It is also a pleasure that they answer their phones instead of having to leave a message and waiting days for a return call. I have no hesitation in giving my highest recommendation to Keystone Fence.
