"Bobby and his crew went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. They finished my basement so my 90+ year old parents could move in and live comfortably and it looks beautiful. "My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"Victor and another associate came out to clean my A/C ducts and santize
the system. He came out on time and started working right away. Removed
all vents and clean and santized the covers. Brushed each one out and
vacuumed each vent. Sprayed cleaning solution in the system and the
smell is very nice. He also changed my filter for me. He asked if I wanted my dryer vent cleaned and he
offered me a deal to have that cleaned as well. Victor was very
professional and efficient.
