"Hail damage occurred in March of this year and I contacted Braswell Construction as well as 2 other local roofing companies. Chris Gaugler contacted me asap and came out to the house. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."

"Rhett Ellison of Ellison’s Home Improvements is a class act. I live in NC and was charged with finding a North Georgia contractor to design, build and install outside stairrails/balusters for a 1970-something home inhabited by my 80 and 84 year old in-laws, both of whom have balance & walking difficulties. Neither set of steps was built per today’s standards so simply purchasing a kit or similar was not possible. Additionally, this issue was ignored by family members until I involved Rhett. Suddenly, he’s inundated with texts/questions for which I already had answers per our discussions. However, I needed numerous written responses from him so I could forward to these individuals doubting my ability to discuss my in-law’s needs. Rhett has the patience of Job and showed such kindness in walking me thru his ideas and explaining everything to my in-laws until they were comfortable. Rhett met with my in-laws on two separate occasions to confirm their wishes regarding and comfort with the design decisions. His work also involved replacing step with a small deck/stairs. Additionally, he created a step between a living room and a later built sunroom that required a significant step down/up due to height difference & installing two outdoor wrought iron grab bars. He contacted me the same day as I posted an inquiry on Angi’s and within 2 weeks, completed the project. I wish he lived in North Carolina! Fantastic customer service, a creative mind and a skilled professional!"

"Called the owner as soon as he had gotten home to eat dinner. I called around and it was just to late to get someone out everyone stated. I called owner back about coming the next morning. He ended up coming that night, made all repairs from tree falling on our home and had us back up and running by 8:30 @ night. His pricing was also awesome. We were shocked at how affordable he was. "His pricing was fair, but he didn’t share with me that they only worked on weekends based upon the foreman and schedule, but they did make it up and show up quickly and finish it up over the weekend. It did a great job. They will definitely need to come back to do a couple of tweaks on the fence, I would recommend other people definitely worth getting a quote from them"
