"Exceptionally quality company. They installed a retractable awning and every step of the process was outstanding. VERY customer focused and very knowledgeable of their products. I couldn't be more satisfied. Three other companies either didn't return calls or never followed up after their visit. Glad they didn't -"

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
