Horrible, they broke and the company refuses to live up to the warranty.

Took several tries to get a response to request for estimate. After order was taken and installation date set, date was pushed back twice, but only after date had passed with no update and we contacted business to find out why there had been no progress. Installation was finally completed and we are pleased with produce thus far.

Took several tries to finally get a response to request for appointment. Estimate was given, partial payment made and estimated install date given. One week after install date passed, I contacted them and was given another date two weeks later. Second install date passed, I sent email threatening to take my business elsewhere. Awnings were finally installed a week later. Seem to be good quality thus far.

The awning was estimated to take about a month to be ready for installation. I called to see when I would be scheduled, but due to backlog of work, the manufacture was about a week late. Not a problem, since it was close to Thanksgiving and I wanted it done right the first time.
When the awning was installed the first time, it looked good but the caulking wasn't tight enough to prevent rainwater from dripping between my storm and front doors. The problem seemed to be that the caulking wasn't pressed down into the gap between the awning pipe and the wall. I videoed the seepage and sent them to Peachtree Awning. They apologized and had the installer, Phil, schedule a visit to fix the problem. He came on time and removed the initial, loose caulking and recaulked on the underside and above the awning along the wall. This time, Phil pressed the caulking into the gaps with his finger. The first rain since the fix was about a week ago and there was no seepage. I will update in the fall to see how well the fix lasts through the summer and fall rains.

Since Phil's visit to fix the caulking problem, there has been no leaks. The awning looks beautiful and keeps my front stoop drier and provides enough shade that deliveries can be left on my stoop, now.
