"There was two leaks in the irrigation system that I admit did indeed developed. However Dave failed to mention that I did go out and warranty this work even though it was almost two years after the installation. 3 out of 104 wall caps did loosen almost immediately after the install, again I re secured them immediately. Then he complained that what if one came loose in 5-10 years down the road. He chose to have us seed his lawn instead of sod which i will never warranty. All varieties of sod I install come with a 2 growing season warranty. After many back and forth discussions on his concrete patio he finally told us to pour the slab low enough so that he could come back in the future and veneer the surface with flagstone/slate as well as add a step at the house entrance. The last inaccuracy in Dave's post is that I only started to ignore his phone calls after I told him that I had to make a business decision and end our relationship. When a customer looses all of their composure and starts yelling over the phone I'd prefer not to continue working with that person. By the way Dave could have pursued a court hearing over this matter but he knew he would never win the case because after all I did warranty everything I said I would per our agreement."
