AWT ConstructionThe staff at AWT were extremely professional and the quality of work was great! Angel and here team did a wonderful job. AWT consistently communicated with me and kept me informed from quote to completion, and their price was very reasonable. The recommendation from Craig made the patio look so much better than what I had in mind. Prior to contacting AWT, I received an initial quote from a competitor that was $3470 more, and when I told them that was ridiculous, they immediately modified it, but it was still $1460 more. There is a small issue with the screen not fully closing, I contacted AWT and they told m they would have Angel to stop by to take a look at it. I highly recommend this company!- Terrance T.

I know it's not their fault for shipping due to area circumstances but should have started by now. I get biweekly updates from the sales rep. He is good. Not sure about PM and workers. AWT ConstructionAll construction work was outstanding. All support posts were anchored in concrete. All work shows professionalism and pride in the work. The results are good looking and functional. Nothing is ever perfect. I had two complaints; a minor leak in the roof (instead of several larger leaks that I started out with), and the new door was not sealing right. Both problems were addressed - and fixed - immediately, I could not ask for better service. Their work is not cheap. I paid a lot for a lot of work. Overall, the prices seemed reasonable, and were in line with some of my friends' experiences. I will recommend them, and will use them again if i need similar work.- Nicholas M.

AWT ConstructionWayne did it again!!!! Unbelieveable results.....we love love love our newly finished sunroom (biergarten)!!! Last year, we decided to re-do our sunroom (all wood) - chipped paint, warped 2 x 2's, old screen, etc. Wayne came out and gave us an estimate and worked in stages:1st stage - replace all of the above 2nd stage - insert windows that glide from top to bottom ensuring maximum airflow and non obstruction of view Wayne's crew was on time, professional, and ensured our total satisfaction. AWT ConstructionWayne Thompson, the owner, was in Warner Robins the day I called. He arrived on time only an hour after I called. This was just after a rain storm so if there was a leak, it would show up. He used a thermal camera to inspect the area in question. There was no moisture present. He assessed that the water stain was from a long ago leak that was repaired. Gutters had been added to the home which prevented any further issues. Wayne painted over the water stain before leaving. He emailed me an invoice and description of his work and handed me a printed copy. He did this while working on his computer in his truck. I was impressed with getting an easy to read invoice rather than hand written estimates or invoices in a carbon which is so common. It was a pleasure to see Wayne again after his company did the vinyl siding on the house. I learned that his company is more involved with remodeling and replacement of windows and siding, gutters and screen enclosures rather than new construction which he was doing 6 years ago. It is nice to see that his company survived the downtown in the housing market.- Ann M.

They came out immediately to give estimate then scheduled the work. The guys arrived as promised, got to work immediately and finished in about 45 minutes. The new gutter looks beautiful and I won't dread all the leaves falling this year because now my gutter has leaf guard. No more climbing the ladder and hanging on for dear life while I try to scoop out all the leaves! ?The rain diverter on the front is nice and deep to be able to handle the large volume of water than normally pours off the roof. The guys were very professional and efficient. Great customer service. Terrific price.

5 Stars! My online request for a pool enclosure quote was answered the same day and a topline price offered from the answers to a couple questions, basic measurements and two photos. We chose Apple Enclosures from the 3 companies we asked to provide quotes to proceed with the project. Toby scheduled an onsite appointment to see the site and talk about options. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The quote was received the next day. It was very reasonably priced. He explained about the projects already in progress and when they expected to be able to start/finish keeping us informed along the way. The build crew (Billy, Gary, Scotty, and Aaron) were prompt, highly skilled and hard workers. My office overlooks the pool area, and I watched in interest as it started to take shape and observed the intricacies of our particular structure. It turned out better than we imagined, and the best part is that it has made our pool as maintenance free as it can be. We have not needed to do anything to it since it was cleaned after the build was completed. We could not be more thrilled. Thank you Apple Enclosures for an absolutely awesome job!!

Excellent work. Steve designed exactly what we wanted, explained entire process and stayed in contact with us throughout. Crew demolished a decaying, glass-enclosed sunroom that was on the 2nd floor without getting anything in our pool - which was only a few feet away. We paid exactly what was quoted on the original estimate. We're very happy with our new deck and stairs.

Roofer was able to id issues no other roofer had and should have, as well as knew location covenant requirements stopping me from placing on the wrong roof type. They were very knowledgeable, extremely professional, responsive, and courteous, it did not matter who were speaking to. If we still lived in the area with a new home, we would hire them again hands down and recommend them to our friends. I cannot say enough about how please I am as a customer!
