"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

He suggested that I allow him remote access to my system so he could take a look at what was going on. "Talked to a friendly customer service lady, who scheduled the appointment, informing me they were licensed, bonded, insured and guaranteed their work. That was great to hear, as we had previously used someone else, who was not licensed, and trouble followed. She let me know the technicians had all been background checked and drug screened, which also made me more comfortable. The thing I liked is they not only showed up in a clearly marked Mr. Handyman van, but they were ON TIME! The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. I showed him the things I wanted done, and he gave me the estimate on the spot. The pricing was acceptable, so he went ahead and did the repairs right then and there. That was a BIG plus! He always let me know in advance what he was doing, worked diligently and cleaned up any mess. My wife was very happy, as the last guy we used, left her with the mess to clean up.We had originally only wanted the drywall work done and the siding repaired, but because of his skill, we went ahead and had him do some additional work."

Installing the trash holder and repairing the door latch was done fine.  The crawl space door issue started out very badly, but ended up just fine.  The initial handyman ruined the existing door.  He came without proper tools, came too late in the day to finish the job before it became too dark, and broke the door while working on it.  I talked to the owner (Keith Kelchner) about the problem.  He sent out a different handyman to finish the job.  The new man was very competent, arrived on time and completed the job.  It was necessary to buy a new door, which the company did.  The door was also properly painted and installed efficiently and competently..

What started out as a very bad experience was quickly rectified by the owner and the second handyman. 

I am quite satisfied with service provided, the helpful attitude by the owner and the finished product.  I feel comfortable in using them again!
