He calmed my fears and answered every question (some 2x). They never sent me pressured texts about discounts from salespeople I’d never met. Shore -Up’s bid was competitive but the super helpful staff that seem to love the company sealed the deal for me. Lifting a house up is a big expensive but necessary job. Its a tough decision that has no vanity pay off like a new paint job or kitchen remodel. I really appreciate their staff particularly Clay, Wade, Zach, & Adlai. They kept me informed throughout the process. They rescued my old home and treated it with care. I feel confident recommending this company to anyone on the fence about raising or stabilizing a foundation. This part of the work I would give a New Leaf Construction a 4 to 5 star rating. What drop the rating was the poor quality of the finished work the porch was poured an inch inside the supporting wall. This resulted in refacing the face of the porch and this work is rough and uneven. The concrete was not work around the step forms and resulted in a pitted surface where the form boards were. Again it had to be resurfaced resulting in uneven surfaces. The driveway has gouge mark from the float. All these issues look like a first time crew did the work, not an experienced construction company."
