"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."

Trim board was installed to finish windows to match interior trim. All trim was caulked and painted to also match interior. Which was almost double the price. He said that I had a expensive car in my garage...so I must know what quality is. He said they had an excellent rating. I looked it up and there are so many complaints about their service. They looked like a nice window but I saw no reason to pay twice as much."
