On his own, because they were in the neighborhood, they came by the house (we weren't home) and surveyed the outside and then texted me with an estimate. When they arrived for work, they not only fixed the stucco, but we found that they could do other things as well...they pressure-washed the stucco and stone we have surrounding the house, and they made some other repairs to correct an issue we were having with rainwater getting into the house.
