We agreed on an arrival date and time. They expected 35% down payment upon arrival and starting. This was for the purchase of needed supplies for the specific job. The remaining payment would be paid upon completion of all the work. They gave me an estimate on when the work would be completed. Everything they told me they would do, they did. The price they quoted was what I paid. There were no surprises. The quality of the work was professional. The quality of the materials they used were excellent."
