I had some issues with wood growing into the fence in some areas some worse then other areas that I inherited when I purchased the home so there were areas that presented a challenge, but these two guys had the ingenuity professionalism and ambition to take on the challenge and ended up giving me a fence I'm proud of Tupperware . "Backyard custom construction LLC. Is awesome. Not only did they kill everyone's prices around Atlanta to build the same building but they are extremely efficient. Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were. It only took 5 1/2 hours to build and clean up. Thanks guys I will be passing your name to everyone I know that wants a building built."

"Skip Lewis did a great job during the quoting process and we chose Deluxe although they were not the lowest price. We were impressed with the detail he provided in the quote. His knowledge of the roofing business is vast, and he made certain to make sure we understood what would occur during the entire process. Everything was done as promised with one exception and that was rectified to our satisfaction by Skip. The crew arrived as scheduled and did as much as they could on Day 1 due to rain starting to fall. They worked 13 -14 hours on Day 2 and about the same on Day 3. The cleanup was properly done and they got all the nails picked up with magnets. This is a good company and I highly recommend them for any roofing project. The value we received in material, installation and warranty far offset the higher price. Although we were frustrated by the issue that came up on Day 3, we appreciate the way it was resolved by Skip. Major projects are not always implemented smoothly and a good, professional company will resolve issues in a way that the customer feels good and then will recommend that company to others. This is exactly what Deluxe Roofing did for us."
"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
