I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Jones and he fix my dryer working as if itâ s brand new

Mr. Jones responded within the hour to my search for someone to repair my dryer. He came out the next evening and was very polite and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and told me how much it would cost before continuing with the repair. He was friendly and his price was fair. And best of all I can now use my dryer! I will recommend him to friends and family and will keep his number for any future repairs.

Mr. Jones came to service my washer machine and dryer doing the busy Holiday Season. Where should I begun. He was pleasant, professional, and very knowlegable. He went out of his way to make sure the job was finished correctly. He handled the job as if he was fixing his own appliances. Without a doubt I would definitley use his service again. Our refrigerator was making and awful noise however when Johnny showed up, of course it stopped. But while he was here he fixed the water/ice maker that hadnâ t worked forever! He charged a reasonable fee for the service call and told us if the noise should start again to give him a call. If he comes back out and fixes it, the service call fee will be deducted from his charges. Seems super fair and reasonable. Very nice guy- will definitely keep him in mind for future jobs

Mr. Jones did an excellent job getting my dishwasher working again. Kept in touch throughout the entire process and explained exactly what he was doing and what would be needed to make the repair. Will use him again if I ever need any of my other appliances repaired.
