During the remodel, Daniel and his team were attentive to our every comment, even when we weren’t sure of how to get what we envisioned. Knowing we had a large holiday party planned, they worked aggressively to have the kitchen ready, even making an interim window that was just as beautiful as it was functional. Our project manager Chloe kept us appraised of timelines, purchase options, and costs, while Jessica continually sought to ensure we were satisfied with the work. The final product was beyond my dreams, with custom tile work, custom bar/shelving, and a custom designed bay window that literally brings our backyard into the kitchen. "Horrible company to deal with. I worked with customer service for 2 days to customize my garage so it will attach to my house,after waiting 2 months for it to be delivered and set up they showed up just to have to head guy refuse to put it up against my house like it was designed to do he would only put it 3 feet away which made it unlevel so he refused to set it up because of that.I called customer service to complain and after trying for 20 mins to get her to understand that the jurk was refusing to put it next to my house as it was designed to do she offered me a petty $250 offer to keep it and set it up myself . Rude people that have no clue what they are doing or they meaning of customer service. Don't even buy a dog house from these people"
