We are a family owned and operated business. We are a Full service Septic Pumping and Repair company. All of our Technicians are licensed and time served to handle any and all of your septic needs.

"Unfortunately a "simple pump" of septic turned into a $2,700 project. Stated that leach bed needed pumped and a chemical added. Wish I hadn't been at work and wish I had done my research prior because I am not the only one that has been gouged after they arrived. Below is just one of the same complaints I found on Home Advisers. DO YOUR RESEARCH and save your wallet! "Review by Yvonne R. in Loganville, GA Project: Pump Out a Septic Tank Charged $1,650 to pump/drain septic tank and add one Baffle. Also charged $975 for remedial chemical treatment (which the State and County Environmental Health I contacted has said was not necessary and not recommended). I've contacted 6 additional Septic businesses (unfortunately AFTER the fact) that said charge to pump tank/field lines and adding a Baffle should have been approx $500 to $700 - not the $1,650 I was charged (and that was with a Senior Discount....some discount). Total cost was $2,625....BUYER BEWARE!! SHOP AROUND!!!" At least he got a "Senior Discount" ALWAYS get a second opinion when large amounts of money are being requested!"

FAQs for drain cleaning projects in Atlanta, GA

On average, a plumber will take 30 minutes to two hours to clear a clogged drain. If the clog is located close to the drain or an access point and isn’t severe, the project will take about half an hour. If the clog is deep within your plumbing system or is a severe blockage, it can take two or more hours to remove the clog. For this reason, main line clogs tend to take longer, usually between two and three hours.

It’s possible to snake minor drain clogs yourself, provided they sit within a foot or two of the drain itself, but it’s usually best to hire a professional plumber regardless. Even experienced DIYers have a high chance of accidentally pushing the clog further into the drain using a drain snake or another tool, so hiring a plumber is the ideal course of action. A professional plumber can use camera equipment to locate and identify the clog, and remove the entire blockage to fix your issue permanently.

In most areas, drain cleaning professionals don’t technically need a license, as they aren’t altering your plumbing system in any way. However, we recommend hiring a drain cleaning professional with a plumbing license and certification. Certified plumbers are more likely to provide professional solutions to drain clogs without damaging your system. They’ll also have the diagnostic tools and experience necessary to remove the clog entirely rather than providing a temporary solution, as a handyperson might. Use Angi’s state licensing tool to check your plumber’s professional licenses before hiring.

Applying drain cleaner is a common DIY solution to clogged drains, but it can be extremely harmful to your pipes and lead to corrosion and leaks. It is almost always better to try snaking a clog than using a drain cleaner, but the best solution is to hire a professional plumber. They can locate the clog and gauge the severity using a camera system and then decide if using a plumber’s snake, auger, or drain cleaner is the best option to remove the clog and limit damage to your plumbing system.

The average cost to unclog a drain is around $200, with prices ranging between $110 and $800, depending on the type of drain and the extent of the clog. Hiring a professional to snake the toilet or sink will usually cost between $110 and $275, a bathtub or shower typically costs around $225, and a main line clog can cost between $100 and $800 based on the severity of the clog and how far beyond the access point the clog sits. Since the labor involved varies, most plumbers will charge an hourly rate for drain cleaning.
