AA Drain Cleaning Service

OK but very pricey a bit of a mess on the floor

I just purchased my home 3 months ago and it is about 40 years old. I had a problem that when I used the garbage disposal water/garbage would pop up in the other side of the sink. I called AA and he arrived on time, removed the trap under the sink and used a snake to clean out the main drain lines. It took quite a while as he told me it was very clogged. It now drains perfectly with no more problems when using the garbage disposal. When finished he reattached all the plumbing and cleaned everything.

Steve cleared the drain line from our kitchen sink into the lower pipes in our basement. There was an accumulation of material backed up from our kitchen sink into the downstairs drain pipe. He worked very hard to clear this large and unpleasant backup. Steve was very thorough and advised us of how to deal with the situation to prevent a reoccurence. We could not have asked for a more honest, professional, and hard working man to do this job. Thanks again Steve, you are the best!

I initially contacted "Marine Plumbing" after reading about them on Angie's List, after we discovered we had two severely clogged drains. As a new homeowner, my husband and I were clueless on who to trust, so I went by rating on here. When I called Marine Plumbing, one of the owners were very professional and helpful, and referred me over to Mr. McClure (to help save me money on the job...which was admirable on their part...as I said...this was my first time ever calling a plumber...I honestly would have not know the difference in price, as I have had nothing to base it on). I called Mr. McClure, and he was very accommodating on our appointment time. He was very prompt and very nice. He went straight to work, and had both drains running smooth within 20 minutes. I was very impressed with his work. He was neat, quick, and did not leave a trace of dirt/grease anywhere. He even gave us a discount on drains! He was a pleasure to hire, and I would recommend him for drainage problems.

Mr. McClure called in advance to get directions and arrived when he said he would. He was friendly and very professional. He found the problems and had no trouble solving them. He is someone who has a great deal of experience in his field. I would certainly use him again.

They were prompt, highly profeesional and surprisingly inexpensive in responding to a weekend emergency.

It went great. They were on time and they were very professional. They were friendly. I have already recommended them to others. I really liked them and will continue to use them if I have any further problems. He also said he would come back at no charge if there were any other problems.

Mr. McClure was very professional, on time, addressed the problem and tried to clean out the line from the house to the sewer. I called the City of Marietta to come out to blow out the sewer line. Mr. McClure stayed on a Friday evening to speak with the City employees and assisted in evaluating the problem. He came back Saturday morning to camera the line and was unable to see due to excessive soil in the line. He then advised me to contact a company that could repair the line from the house to the sewer line as he does not perform that type of work. He also did not charge me for a service call on Saturday and did not charge me for the use of the camera equipment, a service that ordinarily would be $100.00.

Understanding I had a wife and two young children at home with no working toilet, Sam was gracious enough to rearrange his schedule come out the day I contacted him. He worked relentlessly for hours to find the root of the problem. I was hoping to have all repairs completed that day, but understand the repairs needed were not part of there services.

Steve is a dedicated professional with years of experience. His father is in the business and has been for years, which makes for an obvious source of valuable knowledge. Steve is personable and easy to work with, and I will gladly use him on all of my drain cleaning issues.
