"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST home repair company that I have ever hired. Roderick Sheppard showed up late, and unprepared to do the work, even though he showed up two days prior to do a site survey. He was completely unprofessional the entire time, using profanity towards me, and constantly cutting me off when I mentioned any concerns. He even threatened me. When he realized he took advantage of my situation, he refused to do any other work neccessary to complete the repair. $675 to replace a 2 feet piece of fascia board, all while leaving the hole on the interior side, not allowing the board to be properly nailed in place. Again, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST company you can hire."

"Promptly came to my house. Said dishwasher needed a part, which he was ordering from Macon, GA (not overseas), and it should take 7-10 days. We paid him for the service call and never heard from him again. Called multiple times, was able to leave a message with receptionist once. Other times left a voice mail message, or the mailbox was full and we could not leave a message. No response. 3 weeks later, our dishwasher is still broken and we have heard nothing. Called a different repair service, who came out promptly and fixed dishwasher on first visit, WITHOUT ORDERING ANY PARTS."
