He took the time to explain absolutely everything we needed to know about our rat problem and how he planned to get rid of them. We signed up for immediate pest control and a maintenance program to keep our house pest & vermin free and Iâ m glad we did. Both Adam and his associate, Michael, have already been to the house three times, pointed out all the things we need to do in order to keep pests away and have already sealed all the entrances the rats can use to enter the house and eradicated several vermin. He explained that if he found something there was no inspection charge and quoted me a very reasonable inspection fee if he didn't find anything. We didn't have any signs of a bat or bat droppings. "Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
