Never showed up

They were quick to come and and check out the washer, but then never called to keep me posted. I called several times and left messages multiple times. 2 weeks later my husband called, still nothing.....very disappointed.

We are not happy with them and I know they are on Angie's List I believe but our experience with Joe Fann was not very satisfactory.

It went very. Mr. Fann explained the issue and that a specific part (the main motherboard or something like that.) The price he quoted for the part happened to be exactly what Maytag estimated on its support site. Mr. Van then suggested we may be better off simply purchasing a new dryer, since spending that much money on a decade-old appliance may not be cost effective. I appreciated his suggestion and followed it. His service charge was money well spent in my opinion. recommend him highly. Good guy.

Great!! He found the issue, not in the appliance but in the connection to my disposal unit. He went and got an elbow to install and was done in half an hour. A dishonest repair service could have really taken me for a lot of money. He also recommended a plumber who could re-plumb a small section and save wear on my dishwasher pump! Always good to have professional advice backed up by logical reasons. Now I have a new repair person and I will also use them if I have any HVAC needs!

Mr. Joe Fann came out within a few hours of calling regarding our washing machine.  He indicated he may be able to stop by that day and he called again a little while later to confirm.
Within minutes, he quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer and was able to order up a repair part for it. He was professional, personable and did a great job.  I highly recommend Fann's Appliance Repair.

Joe Fann and his team si who I call with any appliance, heating and cooling repairs. They are responsive, professional, knowledgable.

I received the name and contact persons for the service needed.

The part cost $186, but Mr. Fann warned me that he would try to get the old "overlay" off the actual control. and that wasn't always possible, since old ones sometimes tear.  That's what happened.  He was very careful and tried very hard not to rip the old plastic "face" or overlay but it did tear, and that piece cost $36.
Joe Fann came quickly, worked quickly, and I was satified that he charged a fair price.

I called to have the person come to repair my dishwasher. I called several times and he called be back once. Once he did not return my call I contacted another company.

It went very well. He arrived early. Determined the problem and resolved in a very timely fashion. Was friendly and affordable.

My stove is a Bosch and I could not fine anyone to work on that brand. Even though Fann does not work on this brand, he told me who to call and was very nice. thanks!

They are very prompt, and very thorough. They are anxious to make repairs instead of trying to convince you to buy a new appliance. Altogether, it is a very satisfactory experience.

Fixed AC in a rental property that I own. Unit had frozen and had to be serviced. Fann's HVAC service arrived promptly, performed the necessary service and instructed the renters on how to avoiding having the incident happen again. I called Fann's HVAC service--it was a very hot day in Athens, GA and my renters were suffering without AC. They arrived promptly and had the AC working again quickly.
