New floor joist, subfloor and jacked the old floor back up to level with the new floor they installed. They installed new lanoleum flooring and a badly needed ceiling fan with lights. He installed two new cabinets above my toilets for more storage, and installed two mirrored cabinets above the vanities. I never felt that I needed to keep on him.
