"John and his team did a great job finishing a concrete floor in my basement. The new floor looks great and both inside and outside the house show no signs of any construction work being performed. I will use his company again on future projects."

I have been pouring concrete for the last 20 years. I pour flat work concrete like driveways, patios, sidewalks and porches etc. I owned and operated a concrete business in Florida for about 5 years and ran a business in Michigan the last 6 years. Just moved to Georgia and trying to get going again. I am a quality reliable contractor
"????? We hired this company for stripping and waxing our floors and the results were amazing. The floors honestly look brand new again?super shiny, clean, and professional. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and explained everything they were doing so we knew what to expect. Very respectful, polite, and easy to communicate with. The attention to detail was excellent, especially around the edges and high traffic areas. You can tell they take pride in their work. Pricing was fair and the quality definitely exceeded expectations. We will be using them again for regular maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone needing floor care services!"
"One corner of the house had settled creating cracks in the concrete block walls of the garage. Raisecrete hand excavated the corner plus 1 area on the north wall, and 1 area on the east wall about 5 feet from the corner. They dug to approximately 2 feet below the foundation footer, placed #4 rebar in the areas excavated and poured 4000 PSI concrete to create new spread footers. After the new footers cured, heat treated steel plates were placed on the footers, then 30 ton bottle nose jacks on the plates, then heat treated steel plates on top of the jacks underneath the existing foundation. The jacks were used to raise the foundation back to its original position (as close as possible) and then encased in 4000 PSI concrete. The excavated areas were then backfilled with dirt. In addition, the stucco was removed from several areas along the cracks and carbon fiber strips epoxied to the concrete block. After curing, the carbon fiber patches and the cracks were covered with stucco. The only disappointment with the finished product is that the color of the new stucco is much darker than the existing stucco. "

Mix the resurfacer into a sticky mixture. The consistency should look like mashed potatoes. Use a squeegee to push the resurfacer across the pitted area and smoothen the surface with a cement trowel flush. Make sure you protect any expansion joints with a weather strip. Alternatively, cut out any resurfacer that touched the joint once the mixture begins to harden.
An epoxy floor will not directly increase your home's value, but its aesthetic and durability can make it more attractive to some potential homebuyers. If you have an old or damaged concrete floor in your garage or basement, an epoxy coating can help speed up your home sale.
No. You cannot use asphalt products on concrete driveways. To seal a concrete driveway, use acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, silane, siloxane, and silicate sealers or deep penetration sealers made specifically for concrete. Meanwhile, asphalt sealers contain refined coal tar (asphalt emulsion), water, sand, clay, polymers, and additives and are incompatible with concrete’s surface texture and higher density.
Always seal concrete stain to protect against wear and preserve the color. This applies to acid- and water-based stains but not always to concrete paint. Many paints designed for outdoor use contain ingredients designed to protect and waterproof without the need for additional sealant. Fortunately, learning how to seal concrete is something most DIY-savvy homeowners can tackle.
