"Sami is a skilled, detailed, and creative architect. He is sensitive to client requirements and anticipates city building codes and the entire city review process of projects. We will use him for the detailed construction plans for our project s second phase."

"It started with a retaining wall under our patio room. The wall has been leaning outward over the years (scary) since it is under a room in our house. I got a few bids and not only did I like Eric the best (he made me feel like this was an easily doable job vs. a "big problem" like a competitor made it sound. Turns out the wall was not built exactly right so they dug it out and rebuilt it correctly. We were so happy that I decided to ask Eric about some other unsightly areas that we weren't sure what to do with. He immediately suggested some excellent solutions (fieldstone patio extension and knee walls). So we went ahead with it and are thrilled with the result. The photos (some before and after) are not the best but hopefully you can see the scope of work. Lots of labor involved."

"Byrd and team did a fantastic job transforming my landscaping around the house. They are efficient, professional and extremely personable. Thank you guys!"

"We have just begun our experience with Big Block Design but we are already feeling confident about our project."

The Baldwin Architectural Group brings over 30 years of experience in the Design Arena to help you achieve "your" goals not ours. We handle many custom design projects and have the creative talents to get you what you want but we don't stand in the way by trying to force designs on you that don't meet your needs or are not within your budgets. Of course if you want the next Architectural Wonder of the World we are ready to help with that as well.

"This company is amazing!!!! We had our deck rebuilt by them and the entire process was great. My partner and I encountered a bad contractor that left us with a poorly built and dangerous deck. Eric and Preston stepped in and completely transformed our backyard. Their professionalism and craftmanship is exceptional. They gave great advice about design, correcting the previous contractor's mistakes, and educating us on code/building practices. They provided great communication from start to finish and answered all questions promptly. His team moved with a sense of urgency and precision while onsite. They would come early and work late while maintaining an organized site (material & debris). SEED Development + Design exceeded our expectation and I plan to refer all my friends and family."

"Caroline was and is a delight to work with, she is knowledgeable about many styles of architecture. In my case I wanted something a little outside the box, however Caroline researched 50s and 60s design and listened to all of my ideas. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a fabulous architect look no further, do yourself and your project a favor and contact Caroline. M"

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"An outstanding service from quotation to completion. Patrick the owner worked relentlessly with his crew daily. Honesty, integrity and open communication throughout a total remodel of landscaping. 200fttree removal; additional tree and total existing bushes and trees removed. Irrigation installed; new sod, trees and bushes replaced. New drainage installed too. All professionally done with a great crew. Patrick ?owned? the project with no subcontractors or any delays. Two week project done with no problems of being distracted by other work. Arriving daily on time and meticulously cleaning up each day. I rarely give reviews but had to for this project. No upselling or excuses on work. Amazingly responsive even after hours to questions or requests. Takes great pride and enthusiasm in the work which is not common these days (and NO I am not related or compensated for writing this?). It?s rare these days to find someone who owns a project; personally works with his crew!! Amazing"
