Excellent! I can't brag on this company enough. Saulo was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the process. He used a landscape architect to create a well thought out, detailed plan that showed both the location and type of plants to be installed. His crew was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company for any type of landscaping or drainage project, large or small. In fact, my neighbor was so impressed with the way our yard turned out, she just hired him for a smaller project. *The picture attached is just a small piece of the overall project. This area was completely natural before.

Very professional and timely, good job done

From first contact this provider was very responsive and he came out to give estimate and advise on what to use in a couple of areas we were having trouble with.   Was willing to give me line item budget so I could do things I felt I could do and have him do things I was not able to do.  I Due to my schedule we did not have the work performed for a few weeks but finding a time that worked for both of us was very easy.   They showed up when expected and cleaned up afterwards.  At the end we talked about possible future jobs and he was very helpful in determining how best to spend money to get the best outcome very much appreciated since a lot of people would just try and take advantage to do work that would be cheaper if done a different way.(specific example: we talked about having sod put in front yard and he was willing to say that with what I had a turf treatment company could most likely save me from that need.)

Owner was very proffessional and responsive.  Price was less than what others quoted, but the quality of the work was outstanding.  Vey pleased thus far!

We were re-sodding our backyard but had been having problems with erosion and run-off from adjacent property. Complete Landscape came and put in a drainage system and re-graded our backyard to prevent further erosion and to make the yard suitable for our new sod. We also needed to prevent any standing pools or pockets of water. Also as part of the job required removing some of our pavers to connect to a drainage pipe connected to our deck and putting the pavers back in. The crew was very efficient and clearly new what they were doing. They worked extremely hard and meet their commitment to be completed the same day.

We recently had acfairly good amount of rain that would in the past cause major problems for our backyard. With the grading done by Complete Landscape Company we had no pockets of water, erosion and our new sod is thriving. We are very pleased with the work done by Complete Landscape.

Complete Landscaping was referred to me by another contractor that I have used on multiple occasions and for which I have great respect. I first met with Saulo Ordonez, the owner of Complete Landscaping last fall when I had a water problem in the basement and he installed a french drain for me. I was very pleased with his work on that project and have had no problems with water since that installation. I then called him again this spring to quote on a flagstone patio. He met with me, we planned out the project, shopped for materials and his crew began the project within a couple of weeks. As they were working on the patio, I had a water pipe burst at a rental property I own. I called Saulo in a panic on a Sunday afternoon and he and crew were there first thing Monday morning to replace the pipe. I have nothing but words of praise for Saulo and his team. They are all around good guys that are knowledgeable, honest, professional, offer a fair price and stand behind their work. I have referred him to both my friends and colleagues. I can say with confidence that you can not go wrong with this company. They get a #10 from me!

We are very happy with all of the hardscape work that Saulo and his company provided.  
We met them through the contractor we hired for a large screen porch/patio project.  They were the sub that was brought in for the patio work.   We really liked their work on the patio, and asked them to come back out and install some stairs.
They were punctual, professional and very responsive.   Saulo is very personable and easy to work with.
Job site was clean.
We would hire them again for another hardscape project.

We had some erosion problems in our backyard. Saulo and his crew built a stone wall fixing the erosion, giving us extra footage in our backyard the we had lost with the erosion. We have now a brand-new, gorgeous backyard. This was a huge and a not easy to do project, and in spite of some scheduling issues, they delivered the job very well!! The results were great, and very functional.  They installed sod in the front and backyard, landscaped the entire backyard ( and some of the front yard as well), We also had a sprinkler system for 5 zones installed, that seems to be working well. We will be calling Saulo soon to ask a few questions about the system. He is very responsive to all of our concerns. We were not very happy with the looks of the sod that was laid on the front yard ( it got really damaged from all the machines going back and forth). Saulo came back as many time as needed to redo the work to our satisfaction. We also had a fence installed, and a beautiful flag-stone patio and fire pit. The new patio is under our new deck, and the fire stone area is larger than we even anticipated. We were happy with the results. There are some small issues that have come up in the last couple weeks, with the fence ( a couple boards that do not look good) and some of the plants in the backyard that don't seem to be doing too great- however, all his work is guaranteed, and we do not expect any issues with his response. We highly recommend Saulo and Complete Landscape. I had submitted a review as early as November, and I had no idea that it was not showing here at Angie's List. I am glad to write this review, and I wish his company a very prosperous future.

We are delighted with our experience with Saulo and his company. We asked them to install a patio and plant beds from a preexisting professional landscape design. The design was somewhat complex and needed to be carefully completed in an area with a septic tank. They were meticulous about working with the design, and when there were issues or concerns, Saulo worked with us to solve issues to our satisfaction and to provide a beautiful finished product. This project took place concurrently with a deck installation; Saulo worked closely with the deck company to coordinate schedules and ensure that there were no gaps in the overall design. Additionally, we had a strict timeline; we needed all work to be completed in time for a social event, and they did what it took to finish on schedule. 
Also, there were no traces of construction when completed; everything was immaculate.
Our experience exceeded our wildest expectations!
