They removed old debris, insulation wire and conduit. Installed a vapor barrier blocking old foundation vents. Overall they excavated the entire crawl space and installed FOAM-board insulation and 3/8 solid cement board. They sanitized all the floor joists w/micro ban-antimicrobial...A wonderful job.
"They installed my new units with no problems. The owner came out to supervise the install which I appreciated as he had been the one I had dealt with to arrange everything. He pointed out that I had very little insulation in the attic and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very thorough in explaining things and answering all my questions. The owner and another employee came out a couple days later to put in the insulation. A couple weeks later I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted the owner to find out what was wrong and let him know that the unit would only run for a couple minutes at a time before shutting off, even if it wasn't at the correct temp. They came back out right away, and diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional charge. I rated them as 'Good' on professionalism because of one employee who I thought was a bit rude, tacky and unprofessional. Other than him, the owner and the rest of the staff were very pleasant to deal with."
