"Dale Avant, Devin Kestner, and Josh Yancey did our crawlspace encapsulation for Alpha. They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

"Matthew from Drimaxx was awesome! He was very informative and kept my mind at ease during a difficult situation. Remediation work was performed in a timely manner and was done correctly. Air quality testing was also done to verify that remediation was compeltely correctly. MAtthew followed up on completion of project and made sure that we were satisifed. Very good experience overall. I would reccomend this company to anyone who needs remediation work done.

"We were very satisfied with the quick response time and communication up until the job was completed. They did a great job. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 in the "value for money" category is because they were priced the same as other septic companies. We chose to go with them because of their awesome customer service. It would have been nice if they were also priced a bit more under the competition, but overall we were very pleased and will recommend them to others. Thank you."

"The advertisement/special was for 1000 sq ft of carpet cleaning. At best, serviceman cleaned approx 500 ft. There were 4 areas not extremely bad that I wanted technician to pay special attention to. 2 of the 4 he did very well. The other 2 in hallway he was not able to do a good job at all. Once the carpet dried (1 day later), it was obvious that it wasn't done thoroughly. And the water marks persist which was one of the big reasons I scheduled this in the beginning."
