"Prior to calling Global, I thought that I would have to replace the air handler. Steve examined the unit, talked me out of replacing it, installed a variable speed blower and a dehumidifying thermostat which saved me a lot of money. Dehumidifying allows me to raise the temp on the thermostat and still be very comfortable which also saves me money on my electric bill every month. "My complaint is about the driver of vehicle 18 CAC181950. This driver/technician pulled out in front of me when I got right up on him when I was driving at 55 mph. I had to down shift my car fast, slam on the brakes, and I laid on the horn. The driver seemed oblivious. I pulled up beside him at a red light and yelled out to ask why he cut me off like that and almost caused an accident. We exchanged words. He proceeded to call me bxtch and a few other choice words. This is very unprofessional behavior and all went down while he was sitting in the company vehicle, at a stop light with witnesses all around. He was also driving with airpods, which I believe is illegal. This is very unprofessional behavior, not to mention dangerous driving. I do not believe this is what you want representing your company. This happened in Brandon, Fl 6/6/2025 at approximately 2 pm. The manager did call to apologize, but I'm not sure if anything will be done about it. Potential customers beware. This may be the tech that comes to your house and curses you out."
