Jeff called within 5 minutes of being assigned. We were able to agree on a price and he also agreed to perform the replacement of the opener the same day. The installation was completed in a timely manner and tested to verify that it was working properly. Before leaving he made sure everything was cleaned up and made sure that I didn't have any questions.
