"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. "Tyson and Wyatt are exceptional. I called on Friday and they came Monday morning to fix my frig. I expected to wait a long time. Once at the house, they were efficient, fast, thorough, helpful, and helped me with some other issues as well. I especially liked that they offered to wash in the inside of my freezer after the repair, swept and cleaned behind the frig and even offered to put food back in the freezer for me! I’m planning to hire them to install a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and will use them for any and all of my household appliance issues. We are seniors and felt very safe having them in our home. This kind of quality service should be rewarded with tons of referrals and jobs. I know that I will refer and refer and refer. "Needed electric service run from the breaker panel in my house to a newly installed workshop in back of my house.
