"We contracted Paul West and Viridian Builders this summer to complete a significant renovation right after we purchased a home in Sawgrass Players Club in Ponte Vedra Beach. Paul was by far the most professional and responsive contractor we interacted with during the bid process and he maintained that level of professionalism throughout the project. The house was move-in ready within 5 weeks and very close to budget considering complexities that were discovered during the demo process. Paul was always quick to respond to our questions or concerns and he demonstrated the highest level of integrity throughout the project. The sub-contractors Paul recruited for the project were all respectful and polite in our interactions. Lastly, Paul appreciated that we wanted to get the best value for our renovation budget and frequently offered his advice on how to best use our funds recognizing we were on a finite budget. We expect to complete additional renovations on our home in the future and are planning to work with Paul and Viridian Builders once again."

"Well the work went alright but they didn't remove the old wood and door. He said just tip the garbage man extra and he'll probably take it away. Didn't work out. What got me though was he charged me an extra 5% for using a credit card which I think is excessive. The last contractor took credit cards and didn't charge me extra. I had already given Steve a deposit for this job though so I was kind of stuck."

"I had to hire AVP Construction on my multiple projects to do kitchen/bathroom renovation and they always perform an excellent quality with cabinets assembly and install, flooring, millwork, etc. Recommend this company to everyone, you will be satisfied."

"Purchased a confo at end of January 2023. Had to move out couple months later due to mold infestation. Condo was torn apart from floor to ceiling due to mold remediation. After they finished their work, it looked 100 times better than when I moved in. Johan was the project manager and he kept me informed and when I wanted to change things up he was absolutely fine with it. They aren't cheap but to me they are worth every penny. The final profuct is outstanding. The guys worked really hard and they were all very nice. They took care of all of my furniture and personal stuff that was left there."

Cleaned up his work mess daily. Outcome was beautiful. Look forward to having George work next project in the next 6 months for us. I highly recommend George to handle any type of improvement job.
