In fact, one time the difficulty so bad due to the television, the operator was cancelling an appointment when I needed information. The electrician did a nice job, however, when taking off the boxes, left with passwords. Luckily, the passwords were eventually found, as I could not directly contact the electrician, only the above-mentioned customer service, who had their televisons on."

"I spoke to a man on the phone and he gave me a quote to wall mount two TVs - a 55-inch and a 32-inch - with wall mounts I had already purchased and hide the cords behind the wall for $325. This seemed high compared to what I knew friends had paid for the same service, but I needed it done quickly so I agreed. When he arrived with a female assistant, he said he wouldn?t be able to hide the cords because of the location of the outlet. This didn?t entirely make sense to me, again because of other places I?ve seen this done, but I proceeded anyway. When it came time to pay, I asked if they would charge less because they were unable to hide the cords, the woman said that the $325 quote was for two 32-inch TVs, so I was actually being charged less than I should be. That is simply not true - we were very clear on the phone when he provided the quote. I paid, but I am very unhappy with the service performed and certainly with what I had to pay for it."

I don't know if Fireplace Doctor was extra vigilant or if they were looking for work. Overall, what I had them do was done timely and at the agreed price.

"First guys that came didn’t have the proper Mount- not their fault. Worked out for the best because I ended up getting a bigger tv after the recommendation of them due to the cathedral ceiling and I ended up paying less- appreciated their honesty and all worked out for the best!"

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
