My name is Charlie Lopez. I am 39 years old and a Panama City native. I have worked with several contractors doing anything from pressure washing to tearing off and installing roofs. I am a fixer of things and problem solver by nature. My wife calls me the "safety inspector". lol. I enjoy being of service and I take pride in my work. And most importantly, I show up!

"Need repair and finish work on a renovation. Excellent match to prior stucco finish and color. When work was finished cleaned the are and left it cleaner than it was. Would highly recommend for any stucco work."

"Could not ask for better response or service! Larry was prompt in returning my initial call and prompt and efficient with the services he provided! He fixed some sagging wooden gates, repaired vinyl siding on my garage door, and landscaped 2 flower beds. Reliable indeed describes his business. Excellent results!"

"Called when he said he would. Showed up on time. Went straight to work. No temper tantrums, no showing up drunk. It was delightful to work with someone who conducted himself in a professional manner. I have had nightmare experiences working with contractors, but this guy was great."
