"I was very impressed with the service I received. Andrew, the technician showed up around an hour after I contacted the company to get a quote to have my dryer vent cleaned. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This was her first time cleaning for me so she said she would need to do a deep clean. I felt she did an decent job but not sure it was what I consider a deep clean. I have never had someone clean my home that did not empty the garbage cans. I normally do my own cleaning but cannot right now because of an injury so maybe I am expecting too much of a cleaning service.
