The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.

This was her first time cleaning for me so she said she would need to do a deep clean. I felt she did an decent job but not sure it was what I consider a deep clean. I have never had someone clean my home that did not empty the garbage cans. I normally do my own cleaning but cannot right now because of an injury so maybe I am expecting too much of a cleaning service. I have scheduled Felicia to come again just to see how it goes a second time."
