Work was started and finished promptly and professionally. Sidenote: Hurricane Michael ripped through my town - and my screened in porch - not long after the porch was installed. I contacted E & E and they were so kind! They repaired the porch incredibly quickly and we were able to have some sense of normalcy restored to our lives. We contacted numerous business only to be disappointed in each and leery of a couple. We gave up, but decided to try one more and that was Titan, and are we glad we did. This company is the tops. They explained the quality of their product, and I can attest, it is better than I expected and a very quality product. I would select them again and again, without doubt. "One side of house done in June 2017 - work took 3 weeks because it was done by one person only. Quality of work was good. Attempted to schedule the remaining 3 sides of house early Jan 2018. I was originally told it would be on the schedule w/in a couple weeks. The work didn't get started until the week of 16 Apr, however the deposit check was cashed on 10 Jan 2018. Majority of work was done by one individual. When new wood panels were installed there was a team of 3 individuals that did that work. The job took 2 weeks and one day no work was done. The person assigned to the job really should have had supervision. Quality of work was just 'ok' and I had to have contractor back to touch up same areas twice. One new panel installed had a couple bad areas brought to the contractor's attention. The contractor didn't believe it should be replaced so he attempted to caulk the area but it is noticeable. In my opinion, this contractor's price is on the higher end, however, the quality doesn't support the price. Contractor's communication is very poor."

He sent pictures so I could see the condition of her original roof and then he sent pictures after he had installed the roof. The pictures of the roof look fantastic and I would recommend Samuel to all of my friends and family. His work ethic, knowledge, skill sets its worth every penny. Also, I did like the fact that he was licensed, bonded, and guaranteed his work. His professionalism was up to standard and he provided a contract to us with his signature to keep for our records.
