"General Contractor Chris Ritchie Construction did not install drain lines in concrete walls. Therefore we had to use mini split pumps which were recalled and new ones installed. General contractor will not work with us on how we wanted it done properly. Every way we went he threw up a road block. Have stopped all jobs with contractor. As for our companions [Member Name Removed] wants new head due to have a fin on inside system was bent over. Easiesly can be straightened. These two companions are very difficult to deal with. We originally were to do solar. They ask for us to do mini split. Gave them a good deal since we were doing the solar. Have way through job after spending 30,000 on materials. They backed out. we never made a dime off this job. We should of fave account bid seperate. They played us with the carrot in front of mule. Wish [Member Name Removed] and her companion a happy life.
